The coordinators and directors go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are taken care of! Sandra informed me immediately after my mothers needed services were discontinued abruptly so it could be addressed. Jennie Mojica took a lot of time out of several days to advocate for my mother when I was unable to so that my mother could get the services that she needs. My experience with Open Arms Care was absolutely amazing, the service I was provided by Ms. Concepcion was excellent. She was real polite and very understanding, it’s not too often you come across people that are truly there to help you. I recommend Open Arms care to anyone that’s really looking for the proper care they need. Open Arms Home Care is an agency that goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to assisting employees with issues that may arise. They are supportive and available! I would like to point out how the agency is very family-oriented and immediately made me feel like I was an employee for many years! Here are a few individuals that made, and continues to make, my employment with the agency enjoyable:
•	Becky Conception (Intake Dept.)- Amazing, is all I can write! Becky convinced me that Open Arms Home Care was the best fit for the services needed for the client, and the resources and support given to the employees from the staff. Becky sensed my frustration with the testing process (waiting time),and assured me that employment would occur sooner than I had expected, and she was right! Talk about a person with patience an unwavering smile in the face of adversity. Thank you for everything Becky, including my Spanish practice.
•	Sabrina Coontz and Mrs. Jeanette (Front Desk Administration)- Sabrina always made me feel welcomed and guaranteed that I was helped with anything when I inquired. I love how she kept me up-to-date with agency bonuses and upcoming events. Mrs. Jeanette, mi maestra de espanol, my Spanish teacher. Mrs. Jeanette is a blessing and a breath of fresh air every time I visit the agency- even during a hectic work day. She ensured that I had all of my personal protective supplies, paperwork completed, and practicing my Spanish when I arrive. It is a good sign when you walk into a place and is greeted with respect and love. Thank you Sabrina and Mrs. Jeanette.
•	Human Resources Staff- I cannot stress enough the amount of help and assistance I have received from you. Thank you all for making the right hiring decision; you will not be upset.
•	The Payroll Department- Thank you, thank you, thank you all! In particular, I’d like to personally thank Jessica Diaz- for all the information on the sign-on bonus; Jacqueline Lopez- I would not have understood many processes and policy had it not been for you. Thank you for your positive energy and help when I inquired about the training bonus. You made me feel at ease, and sent me a personal note about the Toy/Coat Drive donation I had given. Talk about feeling like a family-oriented agency!
•	Monica Pedraza (Payroll)- What an invaluable resource and asset to Open Arms! I love your energy and the way you make me, as employee, feel assured that everything will be fine when an issue arises. You e-mailed me personally when an issue occurred and made sure the problems were resolved. You are unbelievably amazing, and exude great energy. Thank you so much for everything! I obliged to point out your exceptional people skills.
•	Sandra  (Supervisor)- Although I’ve known you for only a short period of time, I appreciate your dedication to making me feel comfortable at the agency.
•	Alexis (Care Coordinator)- Last, but far from least: Alexis is phenomenal! I could not ask for anyone else- or better for that matter. I thank you so much for the unyielding support and dedication you show toward my client in addition to me, as an employee. I had to apologize several times for texting you off hours with issues and concerns; nevertheless, you responded promptly and appeased any worries I may have had over a trifle. I appreciate how you contact me and remind me when there is an error with my timesheets, or any other issues before I am even able to catch them. YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING, and I want you to know that I am indebted for all of your assistance. I admire your leadership.
This is an honest account of my time at Open Arms Home Care. Of course issues arise, but they are handled and dealt with swiftly. I feel like a family member rather than an ordinary employee. I stop by to briefly see them from time-to-time, just to let them know that the love is always reciprocal. Thank you all at Open Arms. I hope the owner reads this review, because you all deserve the praise. Keep up the excellent work! You are all invaluable!
